I have taken a dozen courses online. This is the most challenging and fulfilling course I have taken so far. And I believe that the course shall be beneficial to all people in different walks of life.

Loved the course. Filled with so many eye-opening nuggets as to what actually does (or doesn't) make us happier. Would recommend this to anyone wishing to learn more about the science of well-being.

This is an amazing course, very complete, it gives you a lot of information and for me it was really important the practical part of committing to the rewirements. I will definitely recommend it to everyone I know, 5 out of 5!!!!
