Absolutely amazing course with a large dose of science and practical exercises. The instructor is very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure for me to attend the course and listen to Laurie every week. :)

Thank you this course was just what I needed I got Furloughed March 27th started the course in April just finished today Jun 21! I can say i will be meditating the rest of my life I think it has made relaxing before bed a lot easier!

Great course - full of practical advice and structures that are easy to apply. Studies that are used as examples are solid and overall, the course and Laurie's delivery of it are credible, comfortable and if you let it - life-changing.

A very modern way of teaching, rather a learning accompaniment. I liked her understandable language, so there is no scientific psychological knowledge necessary.

Excellent course, I highly recommend it. This was my first time using Coursera and I really enjoyed the setup of the class, it was easy to follow along and keep my attention during the lectures by breaking them up into smaller videos.
