Fabulous course. I learned a lot of does and doesn't make us happy, and learned valuable tools for introducing and integrating new habits into my life that will definitely contribute to my well-being.

Loved the course. Filled with so many eye-opening nuggets as to what actually does (or doesn't) make us happier. Would recommend this to anyone wishing to learn more about the science of well-being.

Excellent course; amazing information about how the mind actually works; not exactly how we want it to. Elevated my level of awareness, thoughts and behaviors that actually prevent me from reaching my full potential. Lovely instructor, taught with grace. Content expert!

The course was fun to listen to. I longed for interactions with the students and the professor but online courses are challenging in that way. Still, the material was manageable: the extra readings and the guests were also super important. A very useful course! Thank you!

A great balance of science/theory with real-life and tangible activities/ideas that you can put into practise in your day to day life. It increased not only my knowledge of well-being and happiness, but also genuinely increased my own feelings of well-being and happiness.

I'm still working on it but I can say it is a fantastic course! The course presents so many references to explain all the context and give us tips on how to improve our well-being with different techniques and rewirements. I intend to study it again cause it is worth it!!

The course was engaging, the activities are meaningful and engages the learner in a great deal of self-reflection. I think it helped me to understand that I keep moving the "happiness" goalpost, it is alway just out of reach. The professor is terrific, very easy going.

Laurie was so down to earth and easy to listen and follow along with. I did feel any pressure in this course at all which is amazing for someone that knows nothing about the college life. I feel very accomplished and I'm very thankful that we were given this opportunity.
