A strong foundational course that delivers what it promises. Ideal for entry-level learners, aspiring billing professionals, or even healthcare staff who want better to understand the financial and regulatory side of patient care. Highly recommended for those interested in CPB certification and pursuing a career in the revenue cycle.

Most of the written material is informative. Videos are not very helpful. Some of the details of different healthcare models such as IDS, ACO, MCO, EPO were difficult to separate, but I was able to ask AI chatbots who did some compare and contrasts as well as giving real live examples. In the sections where insurance card / benefits were given, there should have been multiple questions per card so we don't have to process so much info just to answer one question.
