I think this didn't feel like a total course but It was more like an introduction to the further important courses that I must cover in this Specialization, I learned a lot but not deeply but I got my facts right about the technology.

Very informative, insightful. I feel like they touch all subjects about fundamentals. I would like to see more interaction with what they taught us. Like being able to work in the terminal more, try remote accessing a friends computer

Super informative course. Gives you a lot of information and tests your knowledge thoroughly. More than just an IT support course, this gives you a breakdown of everything that goes on behind the scenes when you use your own computer.

Though this course was a refresher for me, it was good concise info that gave me an entry level credential that I hope will lead to an entry level IT job. I look forward to continuing through the next courses to increase my knowledge.

This course is incredible. The videos are clear and well made. The material is engaging. The supplemental reading helped a lot. Everything was well-paced and fun to learn. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone interested.

I enjoy the lectures. The professor has a good speaking and teaching style which keeps me interested. Lots of concrete math examples which make it easier to understand. Very good slides which are well formulated and easy to understand

I found it very informative and easy to understand. Having the instructional videos last less than 10 minutes is amazing as I have a fairly busy schedule but still completed the course rather quickly. Each presenter was very engaging

This first course had lots of content to go through but it's worth it. If you a raw beginner or an amateur that dabbles into computer troubleshooting, then I say this is something you might want to continue with step-by-step-by-step.

was very hands on and i could move at my own pace depending on the pre-existing knowledge i already had. would highly reccommend this course to anyone looking to further their knowledge and to become more professional in their work.

This course has a lot of cool stuff in it like online labs that show you how to do some of the things you are going to do in the real world of IT. However, it does not yet teach how to clone a drive with say Rescuezilla or Clonzilla.

Besides the subjects I know, I had the chance to review and learn many subjects that I did not know much. The explanations were generally simple, plain but satisfying. I think that this course has given me a lot in a fundamental way.

A simple yet comprehensive overview of IT and IT support. These fundamentals and the casual delivery through coursera are a fantastic way to begin studying for a career in It or even just to get a better understanding of the concepts

It was pretty information and I did forget about official documentation I would just write out instructions and print them out and distribute to other coworkers or out documents people would take suggestions and create documentation.

Course was quite interesting and covered most of the aspects that I was expecting from a beginner IT course. I hope to further my understanding and skills in the IT industry by enrolling and completing similar, more advanced courses.

The course is excellent, I don't have a strong background in computer science and through this course I learned a lot of thinks, all modules are so well explained and give a good basic knowledge on many topics. I strongly recomend it

this was a great course! I knew only some things, but not all. When going into a job, they don't teach you all of this, you definitely had to go to school to learn all of this. Looking forward to learning more things in the IT world.

Very thorough, and very fast paced. It's nice that I can go at my own pace, as I have toyed and worked in the IT word for many years. I picked up lot of great information and techniques to use in many aspects of my life and career.

Great simple course but ran into an issue of accessing PEM content on chromebook but quickly resolved it myself!

I suggest adding info that you need to use keytool Or ssl commands on the terminal to access PEM content on a chromebook.
