I already had some knowledge of computers so there were some things in ths course that I already knew, but it definitely helped me to fill in gapes in my knowledge and even with things I knew, I can see how those might be helpful to someone who did not knew them.

Overall, very well constructed introductory course

Really good beginner course for people who are not familiar with computers or people who have a basic understanding but need to know more of the nitty-gritty details. I've grown up with computers but this course opened my mind up more regarding the technical terms behind things that I've been using all of my life.

The course was very beginner-friendly, chock-full of helpful definitions, advice, and concepts that I feel will only help expand my knowledge of the vast world of IT.

The transcripts were a bit funky, as they didn't translate exactly 1-to-1 with what was said, but they were very helpful to my note-taking otherwise.

I highly recommend this course. The information is relevant and impactful. But although it is a large volume of knowledge, it is broken into bite-sized chunks that even someone who has no background in IT can swallow. Trust me. This course is great for anyone who has the insatiable urge to peek behind the curtain.

I learned alot but also this course was a great refresher course to what I already know. with my busy life. I almost gave up because I was passed my weekly goal. But thankful for the messages encouraging me to continue that I still had time. To keep working at it and I had till Dec. 28 really took a load of of me.

yeah this course made me awesome , as a computer science student i think this course is necessary . wish everyone to participate in this course , develop their skills and become specialist in this course

The information taught is very informative for a fundamental understanding of the technologies and processes used in todays digital electronics industry. if the student is diligent and the information sparks a passion it is very capable of spearheading the individual into a very successful career in the industry.

Very informative and thorough. This was the first online class i have ever taken and i really enjoyed it. I was able to take detailed notes by either slowing down the presenters talking speed or review the content as many times as I felt necessary to get a clear understanding of the new information I was learning.

Very effective and much full of knowledge for beginner like me. I am very thankful that we can learn with little cost. I am greatly appreciated for what google have done throughout the decades. I would love to involve in more activity and I wish I could have a chance to work in google one day. Thank you very much

Very informational course! I learned a lot! I was taught binary codes, more troubleshooting skills, a little more about Linux and different operating software's. I also learned how to properly build a pc! Everything was really good and I honestly enjoyed this whole course! Very fun to learn new things! Thank you!

I recommend this course for beginners. Don't be afraid of it - they will go slowly over a lot of topics. Some will even be easy for you. This course will give you a comprehensive look at basic concepts and the vocabulary that you need to go forward with technology. Commit to finishing all 6 weeks - you can do it!

I loved the course so far, i would like to see maybe an exam at the end of each course that goes over everything covered from the entire module. This would help myself and people like me to make sure they are not only learning new material but at the same time retain the previous material discussed weeks before.

Starting the Google IT Certificate with this fundamentals course really set a solid foundation for everything else that's going to be learned! It touches on the surface of so many bits of information and useful tools that even if you aren't doing the certificate, it is completely worth just trying out this class!

This course is either a great introduction to computer systems and IT or a great refresher with details to help explain what you already know. For me, it was a refresher and filled in gaps in my knowledge of the transmission of data and the history of the internet. It was very easy to understand and take notes.

I did enjoy this video because it gives you not only insight, but also outside knowledge of professional IT Support professionals. You can replay video as many times as you want, and also during video lecture, it gives you a pop quiz to see if you are paying attention or not during the video. Simply fascinating!

Even though I was already familiar with most of the material covered I felt the instructors were very thorough. They used analogies that beginners to the field can relate to. I enjoyed the way the instructors delivered the material. I would recommend this course to anyone who is curious on how the computer works.

I felt this was a really good starter course for someone seeking to get an entry level technical support role. Even though I am a well seasoned professional in IT. I still felt there was a lot of value to the material, both as review for me, and as a starting point for anyone who wants an exciting career in IT.

I am not a technological person. There parts of this course that were very challenging. But i learned a lot. For some people with a lot of experience this course might feel to entry level. For people like me , it was a world full of information I didnt know and i am so glad i have this knowledge now. Thank you

This course really gave me a huge insight in all the areas of this course. Especially, I now have full understanding of how the CPU works, the operating system, bits and bytes, IP/ICP, user management, and many more. It's was a very good starting stage. I wish and hope that I would continue with the next course.

I enjoyed the course as a whole. Some of the stuff was a bit off; it was a bit rough having the pop-ups at poor times and then if they pop up it forced you to scroll all the way back down to where you were in the text but that wouldn't be so bad had I not been on a laptop without a peripheral mouse and keyboard.
