Technical Support Fundamentals is a very profesional course. I have leart lot of new things from this course.

Well Scripted, could go bit advance but subsequent courses cover quite a variety of Tech related Information.

This was a fun and informational course. The labs were extremley entertaining and hands on. Highly recommend!
