An excellent introductory course. It's really gives you an idea of what to expect and the different aspects that you may encounter while you're on the job.

I feel the course did what it advertised in the form of presenting fundamentals . It lays the foundation and gives the user a good look at what lies ahead .

This is a very good basic knowledge course that will get anyone up to speed in a short period of time if you do the reading and pay attention to the videos.

Very good. Everything is simplified so that those of us who are starting from a very low base of understanding can comprehend, follow and complete the work.

It is perfect for first timers, a little to simple for people with experience but I'm sure the other courses are just as simplified so that is a good thing.

The basic technical support course helps learners understand what parts the CPU configuration includes even though this is a foundational technical course.

The course delivered on everything that was promised. The lessons and labs were practical and full of easy to digest information. Really well put together.

Definitely needs a revision for typos or unclear questions, but ultimately a really good course that allows someone to get a foundation for future courses.

Great way to format and include all basics included in IT support. Now I have a understanding as to the many areas I can self learn and build knowledge in.

Videos and assessments made my learning journey seamless. The tutors really took their time to make sure i got every term and did well to explain in depth.

I really like this course but I found 2 questions on quizzes that weren't mentioned on previous lessons. Apart from that, the knowledge feels very useful!

The great thing about Coursera is the flexibility. You can learn anywhere, which is better than a rigid campus curriculum.

Awesome course to start if you do not know the basics. It gives you a great overview of the IT world from how it started to how it works in the now world.

Loved this course. Learned a lot of new things like the linux terminal in addition to other already known stuff like how to uninstall programs on windows.

Interesting concept of learning for someone getting into IT. You've made it easy to understand and follow if you come from a background of not experiecne.
