The course material was very well laid out and easy to follow; the instructors were very professional and knowledgeable and provided a level of detail that made it easy to comprehend.

think there need to be a bit more hands on training but this is definitely a good start into the IT world. As an intro course you folks did a great job building this course. Thank you

This is a great fundamental course to IT Support. I would definitely recommend it to anyone else interesting in getting into the IT support industry. I only wish I had done it sooner.

This course has been challenging, but very informative! The instructors do an excellent job of communicating difficult concepts and making them accessible for those who want to learn.

This is a great course for someone just starting out or someone who just wants to hold a basic knowledge of how computers and the internet of things operate and how to maintain them.
