This is the right course I have discovered and how broad and intuitive it is. The Tutors were great in explaining everything. I will do the next follow-up course to expand my IT-Skills.

The course is a great introduction into the world of IT. Technical Support Fundamentals provides basic knowledge of how computers are assembled, how they work and exchange information.

Definitely learned a lot of new content taking in consideration that I am completely new to the IT world. Learned new terms, actions, and solutions that I can apply into the real world.

I knew some of the topics that this course talked about. But there were things that I didn't know. And I am glad I am taking this course to learn more and follow something I want to do.

Was pretty good for someone that has had no education on the subject but I assume these topics must go much deeper because I still have alot of things to learn and unanswered questions.

This is my first course, so it was a bit challenging for me, but I do like the experience. So far, I have also learned a lot. I love the videos, the reading, and the computer building!

I am following okay. The labs are a little confusing. Overall, I love the convenience of learning on my own schedule. Lastly, the course is very interesting and easy to follow so far.
