Although this is the first course, its very interesting and there are lots of thing to learn and others to revisit. The labs were awesome and you could really have some hands on experience.

I really like this course and find all the information well presented and easy to understand. The Labs are fun and well explained. I'm thankful for the opportunity and the reasonable cost.

I think is the best way to udertand how the machines we used every day woks and how can you deal whit little stragles, you have and now you can do it better no just restarting the computer.

Although i have been in IT / Tech for 20 years i thought i would take this course simply for some more certification. There were some things i had forgotten and it was a very good refresher

This is a great course, I enjoyed the instructors and the layout of the lessons. It did not feel overwhelming or mundane. I wish all classes were like this; straight to the important stuff.

Nice videos & generally easy to navigate! QwikLabs support helped me with an access issue I had to the labs. Overall I found this a great introduction course. Look forward to learning more.

This course was informational and easy to follow. The periodic quiz's really helped to highlight the important "take away" information and helped prepare me for the final graded assignment.

This course was amazing, it taught me some much. I love the way it is well put together. It doesn't matter if you've never touched a computer, this course makes it easy to follow and learn.

The course is spectacular, from the content to the teachers. And the price, compared to those in Brazil, is much more affordable on Coursera. It is worth it to have a Google certification.

The course was so on point. It is beginner friendly. Now I am so excited to work in IT world. I have had similar lessons in the past but none gave me the motivation I got from this course.

The course is easy to learn. The instructors are so amazing that teached us so simply and friendly. Google shows that in every person that is working with company is kind and professional.

This was a wonderful experience learning through Google professionals through Coursera. I can't wait to go through every single course and obtain my own professional certificate for each!

This course is great if you have no idea what to expect as IT support. However there is so much more to learn so I recommend taking the other courses as well this just covers the basics
