i learned a lot about computers and networking and the labs were pretty cool especially the lenux labs

Pretty basic for sure, but very interactive. Most people can probably breeze through this part easily.

Good coverage of the basics with good real world exwmples. Hands on and can complete at your own pace.

i am now exposed to many aspect of IT support. the tutors did very well in explaining it and it clear.
