Thanks to this course is was able to refresh what I have learned before. and now I will continue what I have learned and move forward. Goal to work and learn from all entities, no matter the size or the problems.

It is a great course, especially for beginners in it or computer science it will give you an introduction to how the computer works underhood and learn about how the things which you use daily like internet work.

The course lectures are well presented and the material is at an appropriate pace for an introductory course. The instructors present the material in a manner that is structured and exciting to continue learning.

Marvelous course. I have learned so many terms and tips that will help me to start my journey in the tech industry again. I will never forget decimal to binary conversion. Now i know the secret how to convert it.

A very nice overview of basic concepts in IT. Even though I assembled a fair share of computers in my time, this course helped me to structure my knowledge, fill some blanks, and get to know the modern standards.

Very fun, informative and engaging course. There's lots of information to take in, but it's well spread out over weekly classes and assignments. Really enjoyed learning and am looking forward to the next section!

Lots of good information broken down in easy to understand ways. Topics were not too challenging as it's an intro class but showed how challenging and exciting the rest of the courses in the certificate could be.

I love that it is the essentials with the options of learning more about the history of computing and extra reading suvgestions. I personally took it twice just to make sure I didnt miss any critical information.

The insight for someone like me not coming from the I.T. world, it was very informing a easy to understand. The knowledge of were it all started and the explanation of the lengo made it easy for me to understand.

Very straightforward, transparent, and easy to digest. I suggest this to anyone who is curious about it. Personally or professionally, I think this is a great, almost need-to-know course for anyone young or old.

this course truly covers all the basics of computer and support roles in the IT field . i highly recommend for anyone starting a new role in IT especially if you are from non traditional tech role or background.

Wonderful course, thank you for creating this material in a way we can practice and actually reinforce what we listen, I love the questions in the middle of the video and quizzes. Videos are very well explained.

This course has helped me a lot on my journey to understand the IT world. I have learned the fundamentals of IT Support, the different parts of the computer, their language and how they communicate in a network.
