This course was amazing I had a great experience in learning how a computer works its networking operating system trouble shooting and how to be prepared in the interview it was awesome the lectures were very good.

This course lays the ground work for the future classes. I enjoyed personal experiences and anecdotes they included to show the diversity included in working in IT. I look forward to taking the four other courses.

Wow so much great information just to scratch the surface and so interesting it really pulled me in. Love this start to the program and can't wait to go further and expand my horizon. Thank you Google and Coursera.

this is absolutely recommended for anyone interested in pursuing a career in IT support. I have been a professional in the industry for years now, and regardless I found new stuff to learn and ways to improve upon.

Best course out of any courses I have tried or come across on Coursera so far. That said I'm not just talking about this particular course. Any Google course is simply amazing at executive what it means to achieve.

thanks for this wonderfull stuff ,this course on internet all because of the technology and as i am a student this helped me a lot and covered up with basic steps .now this help me to move further in this IT field.

This course was very helpful to learning the fundamentals of IT Support topics and subject matter. I enjoyed the virtual machine labs and would have like to complete more exercises working within that environment.

I've already learned so much. I'm ending this initial course with even more excitement and energy about the path ahead than I had starting it! The info is good, the instructors are great, and the tools are awesome.

This is a great beginners dive into the fundamentals of computer hardware, software, networking and help desk support. It was well paced and provided great assessments to test your knowledge of the subject matter.

I am deeply grateful to all my facilitators during this course. It was worth every moment of my time, as I have a better understanding of the things that I do and how to effectively give great support to customers.

This is a very well put together course. The shorter-styled videos make learning this material similar to reading a Patterson novel. Before you know it, the video is over and you have learned something fundamental.

This course is great for a beginner who is looking to get into the IT world. It covers the basics of computer, both hardware and software. It's easy to follow along, and assignments are relevant to real world work.

This was a concise class that had all the necessary information for someone learning about IT for the first time. This week laid the foundations of IT out for me and I now know much more about IT than I did before.

The first course of the certification with help you understand the building blocks of what is technology, how it works and the impact that it has on our daily lives. Excellent startup point for this certification.

This course is well organized, the videos are concise and informative, and the labs and quizzes are effective in determining whether you have learned the concepts or whether you should review portions of a lesson.

Great course if you are looking into the IT Field. Lots of great knowledge broken up into a manageable program. I lead a busy life and I was able to come and go as I was available and completed the course quickly.

They put this hard concepts in an easy way to motive people and not be afraid on technology as a fiel of uncompressible concepts if not simple and that if we put hard work and are consistent we can reach our goal.

This is a great introduction into the IT support realm. If you aren't familiar with what IT or technology in general, this is a great 1st step. The classes are easy to follow along with & they keep your attention.

This covered the fundamentals so much better than i thought it would. While i was familiar with most things there was enough new topics or more in-depth topics that kept my attention through out the course. Noice!
