awesome really enjoyed it , even though i have an experience in it , it was a good revision for me , it's also motivating and helps in stuff that are not technical and changes the way of thinking to be more productive.

this course really helps someone to be placed on the right track to a degree. just because you help family and friends does not really put you in a field to communicate with unknown persons and to earn real good money.

Very well taught! If you make more courses like this there would be more people in STEM our education system is failing some of us at producing STEM people. We all can learn, but all have different reates of learning.

This course seems to offer very good preparation and training for beginning an entry-level job as an IT Support Specialist, as well as for landing that job through learning new skills, resume writing and interviewing.

Great course to learn and know all the fundamentals and build them to kick start your career in Tech support or IT fields. Also great for general underdtanding about IT world and how computer works. Highly Recommended.

This Course was very hands on. I was able to learn how to build a computer, how networking works. binary code, what a virtual machine is and so much more. It is well worth it. I looking forward to the next course.

Technical Support Fundamentals - This was a great course and refreshed my memory with a lot of different things I had forgotten and needed back into my brain. This course is good for new and beginner IT Support Groups.

This course laid the foundation for what an IT Support Specialist may encounter. Through personalized video lectures, hands on quizzes and some real world application I felt it was a great start to the overall course.

This was a good introduction. Some of the questions were still quite generalized. I've worked in IT for several years and it took me a little thinking to understand these questions because I was being very technical.

This course provides a solid foundation in IT. It is well-structured to help you understand key terminology and gain practical knowledge through hands-on projects, covering the basics of both IT hardware and software.
